Cessation of Account and Credit Card Balance-Related Enquiries via Customer Support
We wish to advise that effective 4 January 2027, Cayman National Bank will discontinue providing account and credit card balance information and balance related enquiries through Customer Support via phone.

Cayman National wishes to advise customers that its CI$ and US$ Prime Lending Rates will increase from 6.75% to 7.00% effective Friday 18 September 2026.
