Update Identification & Physical Address Confirmation

In connection with the regulations of the global financial industry we are actively working to review and update your records.  In an effort to ensure we are in compliance with regulatory standards and requirements; we ask that you visit your nearest Customer Service Centre and provide the following documents:

  • Identification: Passport
  • Physical Address Confirmation: A utility bill (issued within 3 months), lease agreement or professional reference confirming address

Interest Rate Increase

Cayman National Bank advises that its CI$ and US$ Prime Rates will increase from 5.25% to 5.50% effective 7th January 2019.

All products linked to CI$ and US$ Prime Rates will be adjusted on this date.

 

Service Fees

Cayman National Bank advises that its revised 2018/2019 Schedule of Fees for Personal and Business Accounts is effective November 1, 2018.  Please note that the only change in fees is reflected in the outgoing wire transfers.

 

Secure Web Connections

As part of our ongoing efforts to align ourselves with the best security practices, we will be making changes to ensure that connections to our Website meet the highest security standards. These changes will be done on 30 June, 2018 and will impact customers trying to connect with browsers that do not support TLS 1.2.
