We advise customers that effective 1 December 2022, we will no longer automatically issue Mailed Paper Statements for personal or business account holders as a part of our Going Green commitment to reduce use of paper. All statements can be accessed for free through our Online Banking platform. Account holders that would like to continue receiving Mailed Paper Statements must complete one of the following (fees apply):

  • Send a secure message through Online Banking platformwith the title Mailed Paper Statements Request.
  • Complete a General Amendment Form and check theMailed Paper Statements box.
