• Term: Up to 40 years (term of loan should not exceed retirement age)
• Commitment Fee: .50% of the loan amount
• Interest Rate: Variable or Fixed and negotiable based on risk factors
• Pre-approved credit card

Work Permit Holders:

• Up to 90% mortgage financing
• Term: Up to 30 years (term of loan should not exceed retirement age)
• Commitment Fee: .50% of the loan amount
• Interest Rate: Variable or Fixed and negotiable based on risk factors
• Pre-approved credit card
