Billy Pennington

Executive Vice President - Group CIO & Digital Channels, Cayman National Corporation

Billy is a career banker with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. His areas of expertise include Project Management, Information Technology, Banking Operations, Electronic Banking, Card Services, and E-Government.

Previous senior management responsibilities included oversight of teams of varying Banking and Technology professionals focusing on delivery of products, services, and electronic delivery channels. In one of his previous roles Billy also maintained Group oversight of project management and IT professionals spread across multiple jurisdictions including Cayman, Bermuda, London and Guernsey. More recently he was appointed as Strategic Advisor to the Cabinet Office to assist the E-Government unit with their Electronic ID implementation.

Billy is a past member of junior achievement and the CI Immigration Appeals Tribunal. He joined Cayman National in 2021 and is currently Executive Vice President, Group Chief Information Officer & Digital Channels.
