Ordinary Resident

Ordinary Resident (local) companies may own property within the Islands and are also able to carry on business, subject to the Cayman Islands Trade and Business Licensing Laws. Tax exemption is not granted to Ordinary companies in the unlikely event that taxes are introduced.
